Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU), Nalgonda, has issued a revised notification for the Undergraduate (UG) Semester I, III, and V Regular Examinations for B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., and B.B.A. programs. The exams are scheduled for November/December 2024, and the university has outlined key dates for the payment of examination fees and submission of examination application forms.

Important Dates for Examination Fee Submission

Students enrolled in Semester I, III, and V of the respective courses must adhere to the following deadlines for fee payment and form submission at their colleges:

Key Instructions to College Principals:

MGU has issued specific instructions to the principals of its affiliated undergraduate colleges:

  • No Fee for Differently Abled Students: As per government orders, visually challenged, differently abled, and hearing-impaired students are exempt from paying examination fees. The application forms for such students must be submitted separately along with a medical certificate confirming their disability (minimum 40%).
  • College Login Closure: The college login will automatically close after the last date of submission. Any delays in fee payment will result in the automatic levy of late fees.
  • Attendance Requirement: Colleges must forward only the examination forms of students who have maintained at least 75% attendance. Attendance statements must be submitted to the university.
  • Submission of Nominal Rolls (NR): Colleges are required to submit one hard copy of the consolidated nominal roll, generated through the online student information system, signed by the Director of Academic Audit at MGU. The following documents must also be submitted along with the NR:
    • Subject-wise data of registered candidates
    • Affiliation orders for the academic year 2024-2025
    • No Dues certificate issued by the Academic Branch, MGU
    • Clearance certificate from the Director of Academic Audit, MGU
    • Fee abstract (one copy for the Examination Branch, another for the UG Section)

Additional Guidelines for Students:

  • No Acceptance After Deadline: MGU has strictly stated that no examination fee or application forms will be accepted after the last date.
  • No Hall Ticket Changes: The hall ticket number allotted at the time of admission cannot be changed or reassigned to another student, even if the original student cancels their admission.
  • Document Submission: Students are required to submit photocopies of their qualifying examination certificates along with their application forms.
