This year, the central theme of the exhibition is โScience and Technology for Sustainable Future.โ Students are encouraged to develop innovative projects that align with the following sub-themes:
- Food, Health & Hygiene:ย Projects related to nutritional science, food preservation, and public health innovations.
- Transport and Communication:ย Innovative models focusing on sustainable transportation, green logistics, and modern communication methods.
- Natural Farming:ย Exploring sustainable agricultural practices, organic farming techniques, and natural resource management.
- Disaster Management:ย Solutions for disaster prediction, preparedness, and mitigation in both urban and rural settings.
- Mathematical Modelling and Computational Thinking:ย Using mathematics and computational strategies to solve real-world problems.
- Waste Management:ย Techniques for recycling, waste reduction, and the creation of eco-friendly materials.
- Resource Management:ย Conservation and efficient use of natural resources, including water, minerals, and energy.
Guidelines for Participation
Eligibility
- Categories:ย The exhibition is open to students of classesย 6-11ย , divided into two categories:
- Category I:ย Classes 6-8
- Category II:ย Classes 9-11
- Team Composition:ย Each school can register a maximum ofย two teamsย , each consisting of up toย two studentsย andย one mentor teacherย .
Registration Process
- Schools must register online through theย CBSE Science Exhibition Portalย byย 21st September 2024.
- The registration fee isย Rs.ย 3000/- per teamย for both Indian and foreign schools.
- Once registered, the project details, including title, description, materials used, and visuals, must be submitted online.

Projects will be assessed based on the following criteria:
