WBJEE-2024 Exam Result
WB JEEB held the JEE-2024 test in the state on 24-4-2024. This exam conducted to give the opportunity to eligible candidates to take admission into undergraduate Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy and Architecture courses in government and private colleges and universities. The exam format was OMR Based.
Currently candidates are invited to file against released response sheet and today is the last date to file objection. Also, candidates have to submit Rs.500 fee which is non-refundable. The WBJEE Exam 2024 was conducted in two shifts separately for Mathematics (11:00 AM to 1:00 PM) and Physics & Chemistry (2:00 PM to 4:00 PM).

WB JEE Result 2024 Release Date
Currently, West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has not shared any final date for releasing the result with the candidates. However, now the objections filed in the response sheet will be reviewed, after which the WB JEE-2024 Result will be posted online on the official website (05-06-2024). However, there is speculation that WB JEE Result 2024 will be released till the 1st week of (05-06-2024).
WB Joint Entrance Examination Merit List 2024
West Bengal JEE Board will prepare the merit list based on marks achieved by the contestant in the common entrance test (CET) and will mention the merit rank in it. Every candidate will be able to download his/her rank card and check his/her score including rank.
WEJEEB will provide two distinct merit rank lists: General Merit Rank (GMR) and Pharmacy Merit Rank (PMR). You will get information about this if you read further in the article. WBJEEB will upload both the merit rank lists on its official portal by the last week of May 2024.
WBJEEB-2024 GMR & PMR Ranks
Candidates who took part in both Paper-I and Paper-II will receive a General Merit Rank (GMR) and a Pharmacy Merit Rank (PMR). And the candidates who appeared only in Paper II (Physics & Chemistry) will be eligible for PMR and will be given admission only in Pharmacy courses. And those candidates who participated only in Paper-I will not be eligible for any rank.
Expected Cut-off of WBJEE Result 2024
WB JEE Cutoff 2024 will be released along with the examination board result for which the candidates have already passed in the 05-06-2024. If we look at the trends of the last few years, this year the WB JEE Cutoff has reached between 1-2500.

West Bengal JEE Minimum Qualifying Marks for the 2024 Result
In WB JEE 2024 Written exam, a total of 155 questions were asked to the candidates for 200 marks. All questions are multiple choice based. And questions from each subject were divided into 3 categories. In which there is minus marking of 25% marks per question for submitting any wrong answer in Category-1 and 2, there is no minus marking in Category-3.
To clear WB JEE Written test 2024, candidates are required to score at least 45% marks if they belong to a general category and if any candidates belong to SC/ST/Other category then they must score 40% marks.

WBJEEB 2024 Counselling
The West Bengal JEE Counselling 2024 will take place after the declaration of the WBJEE Result 2024. On the basis of ranks, candidates will be invited to attend counseling in which the selection of the candidate’s college and universities, course selection, and fee submission etc. formalities will be completed. who lives.
