TESIS Recruitment Selection Process and Terms of Engagement

• Selection Method:
  • The walk-in-interview will be the sole basis for the selection process. Candidates will be evaluated based on qualifications and performance during the interview.
• Contractual Terms:
  • The appointment will be valid for one year from the date of joining and may be extended subject to satisfactory performance and institutional needs.
  • The contractual engagement will not entitle the candidates to permanent employment under TESIS.
• Non-Transferability and Termination:
  • The appointed candidates will serve at the designated facility and will not be transferred. Termination of the contract can occur with one month’s notice or payment in lieu thereof.
