MMSRB Recruitment Educational Qualifications and Age Limit
Staff Nurse Position:
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing or General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) degree from an institution approved by the Indian Nursing Council. You need to be registered with the Meghalaya Nursing Council.
Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) Position:
Educational Qualification: Auxiliary Nurse & Midwifery Certificate from a recognized institution. Must be registered with the Meghalaya Nursing Council.
Age Limit: Candidates should be aged between 18 and 32 years old as of January 1, 2024. The age limit is extended to 42 years for certain reserved categories.

Examination Scheme for MMSRB Nursing Positions
The examination will be conducted using a Pen & Paper-based format, with questions answered on a specially designed OMR response sheet. The (MMSRB) exam will cover five key areas: Medical and Surgical Nursing, Obstetric and Gynecological Nursing, Child Health Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, and Community Health Nursing.
Each section will carry 20 marks, contributing to a total of 100 marks. The (MMSRB exam) questions will be multiple-choice, with no negative marking for incorrect answers. The MMSRB Nursing Positions examination will be held in English and will take place at designated centres in Shillong and Tura.
