How to Apply Madurai Kamaraj University UG Private Application November 2024
The MKU application form for UG private candidates can be downloaded from the official university website: MK University. Upon downloading, students should fill out the form and attach the required documents before sending them to the Controller of Examinations.
Please note that under no circumstances will applications submitted after the due date be accepted.

The fee payment must be completed online via SBI Collect, and no other modes of payment (such as demand drafts or money orders) will be accepted.
Important Examination Instructions
- Hall Tickets: Candidates are required to download their e-Hall Tickets from the university’s website. The university will not send hall tickets via post. Three days before the commencement of the exam, students may collect the Identification Certificate from the Chief-Superintendent of the respective exam center.
- Examination Center: Candidates must appear for the exam at the college where they last completed their course. Changes to the exam center will not be permitted under any circumstances.
- NAD ID: As per UGC guidelines, candidates must register for a NAD ID through the UGC portal. This is mandatory for all students, and further details are available on the university’s website.
Photo and Attestation Guidelines
Private candidates must submit two recent passport-sized photographs with their application. One photograph should be pasted in the designated space on the application form, while the other should be attached to the Identification Certificate.
