The following candidates are eligible for exercising web options during this stray vacancy phase:
- BCA and BCE (female) category candidates whose names are listed in the final provisional merit list.
However, certain candidates are not eligible for this phase:
- Those who have been allotted seats under the Competent Authority Quota in earlier counseling phases.
- Candidates who did not participate in the web options during the first phase of counseling.
- Students currently enrolled in MBBS under the Management Quota or BDS courses (either under the Management Quota or Competent Authority Quota).
- Candidates admitted through the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) up to the third phase of MCC counseling.
As the vacancies are limited to two seats, only candidates from BCA and BCE subgroups are eligible to apply.

Guidelines for KNRUHS MBBS Admission and Penalty Clauses
Selected candidates must follow these guidelines to complete their admission process:
- Allotment Confirmation: Once a candidate is allotted a seat, they must download the allotment letter from the counseling portal after paying the university fee.
- Reporting to the College: The selected candidates must report to the Principal of the allotted medical college within the specified timeframe mentioned in the allotment letter.

- A penalty amount of ₹20 lakhs will be imposed for withdrawal or non-joining after the Mop-Up phase.

- OTP Authentication:
- Candidates will receive a six-character OTP code on their registered mobile number during web options entry.
- The OTP must be entered correctly to save the web options.
- Saving and Printing Options:
- After selecting their preferred seat, candidates should save their options and take a printout for reference.
- An SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number confirming the allotment if the candidate is selected.
- Download Allotment Letter:
- After allotment, candidates must log in to the portal, pay the university fee, and download the allotment letter.
- Reporting to the allotted college with the original certificates must be completed within the specified deadline.
KNRUHS MBBS Admission Process and Reporting Requirements
After receiving their allotment order, candidates must report to the allotted institution within the stipulated timeframe.
