Lucknow, 21st October 2024 – The walk-in interviews for the position of Hospitality Monitors will take place in Lucknow on 22nd and 23rd October 2024. The recruitment drive is part of IRCTC’s strategic plan to improve catering and hospitality services in the North Zone.
Qualified candidates will be hired on a contractual basis to oversee food production, monitor service quality, and handle customer-related issues in various mobile and static catering units. The contract, initially for two years, offers competitive remuneration and additional allowances.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, BBA/MBA in Culinary Arts, or equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in the relevant field.
- Age Limit: 28 years as of 01.08.2024, with relaxations applicable for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD.

- Original documents and attested copies (educational certificates and work experience proof).
- Proof of category (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD/EWS).
- Two recent passport-sized photographs.
- Completed application form downloaded from the IRCTC website.
