IBPS Selection Process 2024 for Clerk Recruitment
To get recruited for the post of clerk in various banks, candidates will have to go through some selection stages conducted by the recruitment authority, the details of which are given below.
- Pre-Examination Training: Firstly, the recruitment board will conduct IBPS Pre-Examination Training (PET) for the applicants in which interested candidates can participate but for this, the candidates will have to notify the testing authority at the time of application submission and there may be a separate charge for the same.
- Preliminary Exam: After that, the recruitment board will conduct a preliminary exam which will be an online test in which candidates will be asked 100 questions for 100 marks. The format of questions will be objective type and aspirants will be given 1 hour to solve all the questions. The preliminary exam will evaluate each participant’s proficiency in English, logic, and mathematics.
- Main Exam: Those candidates who qualify in the preliminary exam will be eligible to participate in IBPS Main Exam 2024 and in the main exam candidates will be asked 190 questions for 200 marks.
