The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has issued a notification regarding the Combined Graduate Level Recruitment Examination (CGLRE) – 2024, with Advertisement No.-1249/OSSC dated 15.03.2024. The Preliminary Examination is scheduled for 20th October 2024, and candidates are required to download their Admission Letters in order to appear for the examination.

Steps to Download the CGLRE-2024 Admission Letter

Candidates who have applied for the CGLRE-2024 Preliminary Examination can follow the steps below to download their Admission Letter:

• Candidates must visit the official website of OSSC at www.ossc.gov.in.
• To download the Admission Letter, candidates will be required to enter their User Credentials:
  • Application Number
  • Date of Birth
• After logging in, the Admission Letter will be available for download. It is recommended that candidates print a copy of the letter and keep it safe for the examination day. It is mandatory to bring a printed copy to the examination center.

The admission letter will be available for download from 14th October 2024 onwards.

Upon downloading the admission letter, candidates are advised to carefully check the following details:

The admission letter must be accompanied by a valid photo ID proof, such as an Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Driving License, which will be required for verification at the examination center.

Preliminary Examination Details (CGLRE-2024)

The Combined Graduate Level Recruitment Examination (CGLRE) – 2024 Preliminary Examination will be conducted in OMR Mode. The test will comprise 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), each carrying one mark. The total marks for the examination will be 150. The duration of the exam is 150 minutes.

Important Instructions for PWD Candidates

Special provisions have been made for PWD candidates who require a scribe during the examination. Candidates with a permanent disability of 40% or more are eligible for this facility.

PWD candidates must submit their request for a scribe facility along with the required documentation by 16th October 2024. The request must be submitted only via email to orissassc@gmail.com. Further details regarding the scribe request can be found in the Advisory Notice No. 3453/OSSC dated 24.10.2019, available on the OSSC website.

Examination Centre and Other Instructions

Candidates will be assigned specific examination centers based on their applications. The examination will be held in all 30 districts of Odisha, and candidates must reach the center well in advance on the day of the examination.
