NIT Tirchy is seeking one Project Assistant and one Data Entry Operator for the DST-SEED, GOI project titled “A Versatile Portable Framework for Economic & Skill Empowerment of Women’s Sustainable Livelihoods through Digital Literacy.” The Project Assistant role requires candidates to hold a B.E/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE/EEE or a related field, with a preference for those with an M.E/M.Tech. Candidates should have a minimum of 60% or 6.5 CGPA in both UG and PG courses, and the maximum age limit is 35 years.
The (NIT Trichy) Project Assistant will be responsible for managing software-related issues, verifying transactions, and providing customer care services. On the other hand, the Data Entry Operator role requires a B.E/B.Tech in CSE/IT or an equivalent degree with at least 60% or 6.5 CGPA in UG. The NIT application age limit for this position is 25 years. Responsibilities for the Data Entry Operator include handling data entry tasks, verifying daily transactions, and participating in awareness camps.
The selected candidates will enjoy competitive salaries, with the Project Assistant position offering Rs. 20,000 plus 16% HRA, and the Data Entry Operator position providing a consolidated salary of Rs. 15,000. The (NIT Trichy) project is scheduled for a duration of 5 months, with a potential extension based on available funds. In addition, selected candidates may have the opportunity to register for PhD or MS programs in accordance with NIT Trichy’s rules.
