The exam is scheduled to take place on 5th October 2024. The Board has released detailed instructions on how candidates can obtain their admit cards, check their assigned exam centers, and follow the guidelines for the examination day.

Exam Center Allotment Information
Candidates will be able to view their district and city allotment for the examination center starting from 28th September 2024 at 6:00 PM. This information can be accessed by logging into their SSO ID on the Rajasthan government’s portal.
After logging in, candidates must navigate to the “Recruitment Portal,” where they will find the option titled “Click here to know your Exam District location (Direct Recruitment of Stenographer-2024).” Upon entering their application number, date of birth, and captcha code, the allotted district or city for their exam center will be displayed.

Stenographer and Personal Assistant (PA) Grade II Admit Card Instructions
Candidates should note that no separate admit cards will be sent by post. The e-admit card for the examination will be available for download from 30th September 2024 (12:00 PM). It can be downloaded from either the official RSMSSB website or through the candidate’s SSO ID. Here’s how to download the admit card:
- Visit recruitment.rajasthan.gov.in.
- Click on the “Get Admit Card” option.
- Enter the application number and date of birth to download the admit card.
General Guidelines for the Candidates
On the day of the exam, candidates are required to follow specific instructions to ensure smooth conduct of the examination. Candidates should arrive at the examination center two hours prior to the exam time to complete the necessary verification and security checks.
Entry to the center will be allowed one hour before the start of the exam, and the center doors will be closed exactly one hour prior to the commencement of the exam. Latecomers will not be permitted to enter under any circumstances.

Dress Code Guidelines
To ensure uniformity and avoid security concerns, candidates are required to follow a specific dress code:

Strict Measures Against Cheating and Unfair Means
The Rajasthan government has implemented stringent measures to prevent the use of unfair means during the examination. The Rajasthan Public Examination (Measures to Prevent Unfair Means of Recruitment) Act 2022 imposes penalties ranging from ₹10 lakh to ₹10 crore, and punishments from 10 years to life imprisonment for those found guilty of cheating or other irregular activities during the exam.
Candidates should remain vigilant and avoid engaging in any unfair practices, as severe legal actions will be taken against offenders.
Post-Examination Process
After the examination, the master question paper and its answer key will be made available on the RSMSSB website. Candidates will have 72 hours to submit objections to the answer key by paying a fee of ₹100 per objection.
